Rules for Europe Class (UK)
Scottish, North & Midlands, and Southern Travellers Trophies
The Travellers Trophies shall be awarded for each calendar year based
on the best results of those events
designated SCT, NMT, and ST in the published
programme. Trophies will be awarded at the last event of the year.
Eligibility
To score points in a Travellers Trophy series a sailor shall,
at the time of the award of the trophy, be a full member of the
IECA(UK) .
Scoring
The "Low Points" scoring system of the current RRS shall
be used.
- The declared results of the organising club shall be used,
except that in a handicap event the actual finishing positions of each
Europe dinghy will take precedence over corrected time positions.

The overall result for each event will count as if for one race.

The results to count shall be taken as follows:
- If five or four designated events are actually sailed, the best three will count.
- If three designated events are actually sailed, the best two will count.
- If less than three designated events are actually sailed, all will count.
- If less than two Europes are entered for any designated event, that event will be deemed to have not been sailed.

If there is a tie in the ranking it
will be decided by ISAF Appendix A8.1 i.e. most first places, most
second places etc.
