National & Open Championships
Belgian sailor Cristophe De Blieck took the overall Open Championship Trohy in a full series of six races at Lancing SC over the weekend of 26th-27th July. Chris Gill held off Gareth William's challenge to retain his UK Championship Trophy in second place overall. Newcomer Brett Hill sailed well to become first UK Youth, finishing just ahead of Katie Mapplebeck who once again was placed First UK Lady. Results here.Inland Championships
National Ranking Series
South Shields 19th-20th April
Once again Gareth Williams dominated the Northern Championship and first National Ranker event at South Shields, winning all five races in strong north easterlies throughout the weekend. Report here.
