We have survived a difficult year learning the art of being a Class Secretary!

Robert Laurie was so efficient he gave us a hard task to follow in his footsteps! We are getting there and I do hope that we haven't made too many mistakes or upset too many people along the way! If we have, we apologise and will try harder next year! BUT I am sure that we also have done some things right, life hasn't always been made easy! We are trying so bear with us!!

Membership is an interesting area! This year we have had some members drop out for reasons such as change of class or other things to do! We have also had several new members, some from Bexhill on Sea and others returning to the Class after graduation at University! Please members talk to fellow Europe owners and encourage them to join the Europe Class Association, we are quite nice people really! Our aim for 2003 is to build the Class Membership and get more Europes out racing!

The Events List provides details of International, National Ranking, Travellers Trophy open meeting and Training Events. There is something for every level of ability!

We are hoping that the Inlands at Rutland Sailing Club will attract a large entry and give us good attendance for the AGM to be held on the evening of Saturday 9th November……
