Worlds 2004 Qualification 23rd November, 2003

There will be 5 slots available for the Worlds in 2004. To qualify you will need to be in the Top 5 on
the National Ranking List as at the 29th March 2004 after and including the Weymouth National
Ranking Event 27th / 28th March 2004. This Top 5 will automatically include Laura Baldwin. Four
slots will be funded by the Europe Class Association and the 5th slot will be funded by the RYA to
guarantee Laura a slot.

Congratulations to Laura Baldwin! 1st October 2003

Many congratulations to Laura, who with her performance at the World Championships, succeeded in qualifying Great Britain in the Europe Class for the 2004 Olympics.

Laura has also been nominated as our Europe representative in Athens. Confirmation is dependant on her meeting certain criteria at a number of future events. Good luck Laura - we wish you every success!

 

2003 Worlds Team 28th May 2003

2003 European Team 19th May 2003

Congratulations to Laura Baldwin, Andrea Brewster, Kirsty Bonar and Nicky Muller who have all
gained entry to the Europeans to be held in Palma from 6th to 11th July.

 

Europe Nationals 19th May 2003

Warsash SC will be hosting this years Nationals. To be held over the weekend of Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th July, sharing with Finns and Blazes! 6 races to be sailed, Entry Fee £20 and start time not before 12!

Weston Training Day 8th June 2003

The Training Day venue is now confirmed as being Weston SC. Starting at 10.30am, the cost will be £20 per boat to cover the days expenses. Come and be trained by our Olympic Squad members - all levels of ability welcomed!
